City of Osaka developed these important relationships worldwide in order to promote international cultural exchange among young
people and in society at large in an array of areas ranging from sports to research and business. In 2007, join us for a year
of events in both San Francisco and Osaka as we celebrate the 50th year of our Sister City relationship with San Francisco,
our oldest Sister City. In 2008 we will be celebrating our 35th anniversary with Chicago. Our City of Osaka, Chicago Office
will continue to build on the strong ties with our North American Sister Cities and will work to develop even more creative and meaningful exchanges.
